About

This is the Times ‘Labs’ blog - a space where we’ll be writing about innovations in web journalism, and sharing some of our own experiments. Some will be examples of things that we’ve rolled out across Times Online. Others will be in their infancy, but at a stage where we think it’s worth letting people know about them. Do feel free to drop us a line and let us know what you think at labs@thetimes.co.uk.

Hey what happened to your wordscraper — I was going to demo it in my talk to Oxford’s Final Honour Schools undergrads this coming Friday — but it’s GAWN. Someone made you take it down? it fell over all on its own?

    Hi Lou,
Sorry you haven’t been able to access Bookscraper.
We’ve had some problems with our server in the past week.
We’re trying to put Bookscraper back online as I write.
Hopefully it will be back up and running v. soon.
Thanks for your interest and if you have any further questions, do please ask.
